* Required to provide effective 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support for Microsoft, Citrix, Sophos and Veritas BE products.
* Minimum 3 years support experience in a helpdesk environment.
* MCSE, MCP qualifications an advantage
Account Executive
* Required to grow our business through existing client base and by developing new client relationships.
* Minimum 2 years IT Sales experience.
* We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional organisational skills and working knowledge of IT hardware and software.
* Ability to work under own initiative and excellent communications skills essential.
