Divorce and Child Care cases are becoming more and more pressurised. Firms needs to balance Client Care with meeting the demands of the Legal Services Commission (for Legal Aid Cases). Mountain Software can assist the Fee Earner with the new Family Case Management System. The module includes links into the central Mountain Software diary, the integrated Mountain Software accounts system at ledger and timecard level and Microsoft Word integration for document production. The Case Management functionality of the system is completely user definable allowing each firm to set up their own structures in the way that they wish matters to be operated. Each stage in the Agenda (workflow) can contain as many steps as required. Each step within a stage may (or may not) include the production of multiple letters/electronic forms and can have in built reminders, which will appear in the central diaries and the limitation diary. Steps can also be linked to subsequent steps in the Agenda if required. As with all Mountain Software's Fee Earner Support modules, the Family/Child Care module includes automatic document creation, storage and retrieval, is user friendly and easy to operate. Users can use their own standard documents to maintain a firms particular style.
