For true peace of mind, you need complete confidence in your computer systems. For that reason, Professional Computer Group Ltd has always offered its customers a complete customer support service. Our team of fully qualified and experienced staff are available on a daily basis from 8.30am - 5.30pm (5pm on Friday) supporting all aspects of your Networking and Software requirements.
We provide both remote and on site support to any PC within your organization. Our use of modern technology generally means that we can diagnose and solve any problems remotely, as if we were sitting in front of your computer. This saves time, money and upheaval, allowing you to retain productivity with the minimum of disruption and down time to your office. However, we are always available to deal with problems on site, should circumstances require it.
Hardware and/or Software Support contracts are available, which provide a guaranteed 8-hour on site response if necessary. We also provide an ad-hoc service to customers who prefer 'pay as they go' solutions.
The Help desk is available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17.30pm (5pm on Friday) excluding Public Holidays. Established over 30 years experience in providing Information Technology Solutions and a major supplier of Software to the Legal Profession.
