Zetafax systems include the Zetafax server, fax clients as required, email client and web client. They support 2 fax lines, DDI, queue management, remote monitoring, reporting and PRI fax boards.
The Zetafax web client allows network administrators to deploy fax service to all network users without the need for a separate fax client installation. The email gateway connects the fax server to your email server, allowing you to use email clients as an alternative to the Zetafax client.
A dedicated Windows 2000 or Windows NT fax server is recommended when using the Zetafax email gateway, for systems with over 25 users or where multiple fax lines are to be used.
Equisys recommend Server operating systems e.g. Windows Server 2003 for 10 user systems and above. "Workstation" operating systems are limited to the number of concurrent connections.
