How Zetafax works

Faxes are submitted to the fax server from the Zetafax client, email client or from Microsoft Office documents on the client PC. Address information can be typed manually or accessed from the Zetafax or email address books and previous recipient lists.

Coversheets and letterheads can be applied to the faxed document, and users can specify the priority for the fax in the queue, when the fax should be sent by the server and preview the fax before it is sent. The Zetafax server maintains a fax queue, and submits faxes systematically to one or more devices according to the priority and time to be sent. If the dialled number is busy, the fax is resubmitted to the queue and the number automatically dialled later.
